SHIPPING POLICY
Fresh Ink Collective apparel is produced through limited preorder Drops. Because items are made after a successful Drop closes, Fresh Ink Drop orders do not ship immediately after purchase.
FRESH INK DROP ORDERS
Each Drop is typically open for approximately 30 days. After a Drop reaches its Print Goal and closes, the final order is submitted for production.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been completed and prepared for shipment.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout unless a promotion or free-shipping offer applies.
MULTIPLE FRESH INK DROPS
Fresh Ink may have multiple Drops running at the same time.
If you purchase items from Drops with different closing or production dates, the items may become available at different times.
When available, customers may be given the option to have eligible orders held and shipped together once all items are ready.
Choosing combined shipping means your completed merchandise may be held until the latest applicable Drop in your combined order is ready to ship.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Production schedules, garment availability, weather and carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery times.
We'll do our best to communicate significant delays and get your Fresh Ink order to you as quickly as possible.
